Motorbikes

I have been fascinated by the motorbikes here (as an ex-pillion). It is really difficult to get decent pictures but hopefully this gives a flavour

The wicker basket contains piglets. When it is time for the grown pig to market they are transported live upside down in the same basket. Goodness knows how they are loaded.

Similar woven baskets are used across the back of the bike to carrying goods of all types. And of course you carry your work tools too on your moto. Some people run their businesses off the back eg small electrical good repairer.

I have seen:
A family of five on one bike - three children and two parents. Any combination of family you care to think of.
Two people riding side saddle behind the driver - one with legs to the right and the other to the left. This form of riding is quite common when giving a lift to older people, nuns or monks.
A huge pile of containered eggs.
Two people with a 10 foot ladder.
People with fragile goods eg TV, toilet, gas container etc - I saw two men carrying three panes of 6' glass between them which made me wince.
A bicycle + two people and the driver.
A person carrying three bags of grain behind with one between his legs.
Driver and two women - one holding the other's IV drip.
